Caitlin Quinn

Caitlin Quinn is a public health scientist, currently in the role of Consultant in the Global HIV, Hepatitis and STIs Programme at the World Health Organization to provide technical support on the validation of elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B virus. She received her Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University in 2017 and has over 10 years of work experience in global health, especially in the areas of HIV testing services and triple EMTCT.   Caitlin has provided technical assistance, conducted research and applied policy experience in a wide range of countries, including Botswana, Eswatini, Nigeria, Malawi, Papua New Guinea, Uganda and Zimbabwe. Caitlin has authored 14 peer-reviewed publications of mixed methods research studies and literature and policy reviews on HIV and sexual and reproductive health topics.
