Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance in PDF format will be emailed to you in the week following the conference after completion of the post-conference survey.

Conference Materials

Conference materials will be included in the conference bag.

Conference Language

The official conference language will be English. Simultaneous translation will be available.

Co-submission with AIDS 2024

Co-submission of abstracts with AIDS 2024 is allowed. You can submit your abstract(s) to both INTEREST 2024 and AIDS 2024 as long as you comply with the AIDS 2024 embargo policy. The co-submission agreement does not apply to AIDS 2024 late-breaker abstracts.

Payment of Online Registration:

Registration fees of individual participants can be paid by credit card only. Registrations will be processed and confirmed after receipt of payment. Payment can be processed either online or by authorization. The registration fee is valid on the day of receipt of credit card details. If your payment or credit card information has not been received within 2 weeks after the online registration your registration will be cancelled without further notice.

Photographs, Audio, and Video Recording

Recording of official meeting sessions either via camera, smartphone, or other audio/video recording devices is not permitted without explicit consent of a speaker. Otherwise, only the official medical writers appointed by the INTEREST conference organisers may make recordings. Presentations will be posted on our INTEREST conference website as soon as possible after the conference if the speaker has given the organisers permission to do so.

Early-Career Investigators

We are pleased to offer registration fee waivers and discounted registration to Early-Career Investigators.

To be eligible as a young investigator, one should be:
– 35 years of age or younger; or
– a Master/PhD/MD student/resident; or
– have obtained an MD/PhD/PharmD degree in the last ten years.

For registration fee waivers or discounted registration, an application form needs to be completed by a supervisor and received by the conference secretariat at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference (magda.sevlidou@amededu.com).

The conference secretariat will reply to the early-career investigator with instructions regarding registration for the conference once the application has been received.
