Amara Ezeamama

Dr. Ezeamama is clinical epidemiologist with experience leading prospective and intervention studies in HIV-affected and HIV-unaffected Ugandans since 2008. She was a fellow in the Michigan Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center between 2019 and 2021.  Her ongoing investigations in children and adults Aging with HIV/AIDS Research Program are designed to identify modifiable determinants of impaired functional survival in HIV-affected populations that can addressed to optimize their wellbeing and quality of life.
