Jacques Kamangu Dr. Jacques Kamangu is a public health specialist working for the Ministry of Health and Social Services for the past 15 years. He Is currently working as the Chief Clinical Mentor in the Directorate of Special Programmes HIV/STI subdivision. With the mentorship program, Dr. Kamangu and the mentorship team provide the ongoing capacity building to health care workers on HIV prevention, care, treatment, and support to improve quality of service and continuously strengthen HIV-related services at national, regional, district, and facility levels. Dr. Kamangu completed his PhD at the University of South Africa, where he is currently affiliated as a student researcher. His expertise focuses on developing programs aimed at improving viral load suppression among youth living with HIV.
