Leonard Bikinesi Leonard Bikinesi is a Specialist Family Physician trained at Stellenbosch University. He is the Chief HIV Clinical for the Ministry Of Health and Social Services (MoHSS), Directorate of Special Programs. He is involved in clinical mentoring of health care workers, training and providing technical support in guidelines and training curriculums. He serves on several Technical Working Groups at the MoHSS such HIV Care and Treatment, Prevention and Pharmacovigilance and drug resistance. He is the coordinator of the Namibia Project ECHO and co-chair of the Africa MetaECHO Collaborative. His areas of interest include HIV drug resistance, clinical governance, tele mentoring, research, and quality improvement. Leonard has also taken part in ICASA abstract review and has participated in WHO HIV drug resistance subgroup meetings. He has also worked in Zimbabwe, and Lesotho.
